You will be picked up by a guide from Purity safaris at your hotel, airport, or ferry in Dar for the safari briefing. Then, you'll drive south to Selous Game Reserve (Nyerere NP) which is approximately 4 hours drive from Dar es Salaam. On arrival, you will get lunch and start with an afternoon boat safari and fishing activities in the Rufiji River have a lot of fish easy to catch like tiger fish and catfish which are almost 15 to 40 kilograms. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Selous Mloka Safaris Lodge on a full-board basis.
After breakfast, you'll go for full-day game drives with packed lunch boxes in Selous Game Reserve. During lunchtime, you'll enjoy a picnic lunch at the picnic site the guide will select for you. After your picnic lunch and some relaxation, you will continue with the game drive until the evening. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Mloka Lodge.
You'll start the day by visiting walking safari at Nyerere national park. After the walking safari visit which takes around two and a half hours, you will return to your lodge, shower, and have your breakfast. After breakfast, you'll drive back to Dar es Salaam with packed lunch boxes. On arrival in Dar es Salaam, you are dropped off at the airport for your flight back home or at your hotel /ferry to Zanzibar, Mafia Island.
